It has been days that I was planning to write this post in my blog but the reason is none other than laziness.
Nei roast is my all time favourite form of dosa recipes. This is so simple and easy to make and needs only less ingredients.The sweet mouth watering flavour of hot ghee tickles my taste buds even in the sight of Ghee roast.
Ingredients
* 2 cups of Dosa batter.
* Salt as you need.
* 2 tablespoon of Ghee.
All set, Now start with the directions..
* Add salt to the dosa batter and mix it well.
* Spread ghee over the hot dosa tawa or non stick pan.
* Pour one laddle full of dosa batter over the dosa tawa and spred it round and out.
* The dosa should be as thin as possible.
* Sprinkle some ghee over the dosa and cook it covered under medium heat.
* When it is done, make a slit or cut from its middle to the outer.
* Start rolling it from the slit to get the shape of a cone.
* Serve it hot with chutney or sambar..........
