Paper dosa (Paper roast)

Do you know how easy is to make paper roast in our home? It brings to us the unique taste that we will have in hotels. We can have fresh homely food with the unique taste of paper roast in the hotels.
It is pretty easy and needs no extra ingredients rather than dosa batter and oil. So lets look at how to make tasty paper roast in our home.




Ingredients

* 2 Cups of Homemade dosa batter

* Oil for greasing


Lets get started

* Heat a dosa tawa over medium heat.

* When it is hot, grease it with oil.

* Pour a laddle full of dosa batter and spread it out and round.

* The dosa should be as thin as possible.

* Sprinkle some oil over the dosa and cook it until it is done.

* You can take it now or if you like you can turn the other side  and cook it until it is crisp.

* Serve it hot with chtuney or sambar.
