This is not a sweet dish but a very tasty and simple suggetion for the breakfast table. Kinnathappam can be made in different styles and here I am going to explain how my mother prepares kinnathappam with left over idly batter.
Ingredients
* Two green chilli chopped.
* One teaspoon of green chilli.
* One sprig of curry leaves.
* Oil to grease the tray.
* One small pearl onion
Ready to have a try.........
* First mix all the ingredents excluding oil.
* Grease oil in a plate.
* Pour the batter into the plate until 3/4.
* Steam it in a steammer or idly cooker.
* When it is cooked comletely, remove it from the steamer and allow it to get cooled completely.
* When cooled cut it into desired shapes and enjoy with chutney or sambhar...........
